I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #147135). From day one, my goal is to understand you as a whole person—not just the challenges or concerns that bring you to therapy. I want to learn about your life journey, your experiences, your relationships, and your unique way of navigating life so that I can provide therapy that is meaningful, supportive, and healing.

Each time we meet, I make an effort to ensure that we are in the right space to work toward your needs and goals. I tailor my therapeutic approach and interventions to meet you where you are, while providing practical resources and support to help you navigate the changes that therapy may bring.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we will determine the direction and approaches that feel right for you, with your consent and at a pace that feels manageable. My hope is to create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, develop meaningful tools for change, and move toward healing and greater well-being.
